The new Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) board led by Amaju Pinnick has been tipped to take Nigerian football to an improved level considering the passion burning inside of the new elected board.
Former Super Eagles defender, Taribo West, stated in a chat with sl10.ng after the election that he sees the new NFF board elected on the 30th of September 2014 achieving even more.
West, now a pastor looked happy and confident about the new elected NFF board to do great things in Nigerian football.
“I think today will mark the beginning of an interesting era to come in Nigerian football,” said West to sl10.ng.
“If you were opportune to be at the election venue, you'll see the tranquillity and the oneness, it's a sign of grater things to come.”
West, a solid defender in his active days in football is known for his unique hair style.  The former Sharks of Porthacourt youth team player gave his reasons for expecting so much from the NFF board.
“The vision and philosophy has shown a lot from the NFF president elect, Amaju Pinnick,” he added.
“He has achieved some interesting records with Delta state and it will only be nice to replicate that at the national level.
“I believe he is one of the greatest things that has happened to Nigeria football today.”
