“He’s not Chelsea anymore” – Luke Shaw reveals his dad now supports Man United

Luke Shaw has revealed that his father has dropped his allegiance with Chelsea and now supports Man United.
Shaw, 19, was brought up near the Chelsea area and publicly stated that he supported the Blues on Twitter.
The 19-year-old joined Man United for a fee of £31 million and is expected to be the Red Devils’ first-choice left-back for years to come.
Shaw’s move to Man United has been somewhat controversial, with many commenting on the sizeable transfer fee.
At the start of the season, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho commented on Shaw’s fee, arguing that had the Blues signed Shaw, it would have “killed” Chelsea due to his reportedly excessive wage demands.
Shaw’s early few months at Man United haven’t been easy, the youngster suffered an injury which saw him miss the Red Devils’ opening five games of the season.
However, Shaw’s father who was a long-standing Chelsea fan now supports Man United.
Shaw explained: “My dad is a United fan now. He’s not Chelsea any more. He won’t be too happy because he wanted us to win really badly.”
