Bendtner, 26, has always claimed that he can be the best player in the world or has believed that he was the best in the world. He has always carried with him a sense of humour but has never hit it off at any of his clubs.
The Danish striker was in the Arsenal first-team last season, but barely played and was released over the summer transfer window. The 26-year-old joined Wolfsburg and it comes as no surprise to see them struggling to get off the ground in the Bundesliga, too.
He has now gone away on international duty and got involved in a peculiar incident with a journalist during a press conference. The enigmatic striker refused to answer a question from a journalist as he felt the question he was about to ask him was going to be ‘stupid’.
