Arsene Wenger's men return to Premier League action at the weekend as they look to put their top-four challenge back on track
Here's all the latest Gunners stories from today's Daily Mirror...
Walcott return a boost
Kieran Gibbs is looking forward to welcoming "fitter and stronger than ever" Theo Walcott back to the Arsenal side.
Walcott has been missing from the Gunners' starting XI since the opening weekend of January, when he damaged cruciate knee ligaments in the FA Cup win over Tottenham.
He returned to training this week and Gibbs, writing on Sportlobster, says that the return of the speed merchant will give Arsene Wenger's men a boost, in the midst of their current injury crisis.
“It is good to have Theo Walcott in the team, because he is such an important player for us," said Gibbs. "Theo coming back will give us a big boost.
“It is difficult to get over an injury like his and it takes a lot of commitment and dedication, but he will be fitter and stronger than ever."
Ozil shuns transfer talk
Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has committed his future to the club after addressing transfer rumours on Twitter.
The £42.5million man has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich in recent weeks, despite suffering an injury that will keep him out of action until Christmas.
Knee problems meant that Ozil took to Twitter to say thank you for the support and said that he looked forward to helping Arsenal in the future.
"I’ll come back on the pitch soon as I can to help #AFC. Now and in the future #MiaSanArsenal," the tweet read.
More injury woe
Arsenal have suffered a FOURTH injury blow in a week as Tomas Rosicky became the latest player to return from international duty injured.
Mesut Ozil, Laurent Koscielny and Danny Welbeck have all returned to Arsenal having reported knocks, with Ozil expected to be out of action for up to three months.
Rosicky suffered a knock in the Czech Republic's Euro 2016 qualifier against Turkey on Friday night meaning he missed the Monday night clash with Kazakhstan.
Wednesday's Arsenal stories from other papers & websites
November talks for Croatian starlet
Arsenal will hold talks with Croatian Marcelo Brozovic and his representatives in November, according to the player's agent.
The 21-year-old midfielder featured for the national side at the World Cup in the summer and has impressed for club side Dinamo Zagreb over the last 18 months.
Now he's set to hold talks with Arsenal and "several English teams".
"Croatia plays USA in November in London and during our stay there we will hold meetings and negotiate with several English teams," Miroslav Bicanic, Brozovic's representatives told Goal.
"Yes, I can confirm Arsenal are one of them."
£17million Brazilian move
Arsenal have reportedly moved to the head of the growing queue of clubs chasing Benfica midfielder Anderson Talisca.
The 20-year-old joined the Portuguese side in the summer and has scored six goals in seven Portuguese league matches, despite his position in the centre of midfield.
According to the Daily Star, Gunners scouts were in attendance as he appeared for Brazil's under-20 side against Bolivia on Friday - the third time Arsene Wenger has had the Brazilian watched - as they weigh up a possible £17million move.
I turned down Gunners says Griez
Atletico Madrid and France forward Antoine Griezmann says he turned down a summer move to the Emirates Stadium to link up with Diego Simeone in the Spanish capital.
Both Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain were linked with the forward when he left Real Sociedad in the summer, but he chose Atletico Madrid in a £24million deal - and he has no regrets.
Speaking to France Football, Griezmann said: "Was it weird when PSG and Arsenal were also interested? [Atletico are] still the champions of Spain.
"Why Spain and not elsewhere? This is my championship, my home. I'm happy here and Atletico is a great club. The [champions] were willing to pay €30million for me!
"I had the boss on the phone. He motivated me and said the club really wanted me. I knew that I was coming here to learn."
