Time to talk Man United transfer rumors ahead of the big match with Chelsea this weekend. So let’s dive right in.
-Manchester United lining up January bid for Zenit’s Ezequiel Garay, according to The Mirror. This is one we’ve heard before and have been tracking for awhile.
Back in January, Manchester United opened talks with Benfica over a deal over the centre-back. Garay has been targeted by the Red Devilsin each of the last four transfer windows, with both Sir Alex Ferguson and David Moyes coveting him. Then in April, it appeared Louis van Gaal became keen too.
Tottenham Hotspur joined in to the running to grab Garay, who’s supposedly rated at 20 million Euros.
-Anders Lindegaard has been ‘transfer listed’ whilst Victor Valdes is set to sign for MUFC on a free transfer once he’s fit, claims The Telegraph.
Mentioning Lindegaard in this Man United transfer rumors post gives us an excuse to post pictures of his scorching hot model wife Misse Beqiri.
-When quizzed about the possibility of signing Valdes, Louis van Gaal said:
“Manchester United always have their eyes open,” Hinting that the deal could well happen if it suits everyone involved.
“I have done it already with a lot of players. I have a relationship with a lot of players. I gave Ronald de Boer or Edgar Davids rehabilitation possibility or training possibility when they needed that, so he is one of these players.
“Robin van Persie also when he played for me in the Dutch squad last year, I allowed him to come to our medical department to get him fit for the World Championship [World Cup].
“I have always done that, and not only with big players but ones you’ve never heard of.”
