Raheem Sterling
The England international has been in contract talks with the Reds for some time, but is yet to pen fresh terms with the club.
Chelsea are understood to be keen on bringing the 19-year-old to Stamford Bridge.
And the Blues will be hoping to take advantage of any uncertainty surrounding Sterling's Liverpool future.
European giants Real Madrid and PSG are also thought to be monitoring Sterling's situation.

Xherdan Shaqiri
Liverpool could revive their interest in Xherdan Shaqiri .
Earlier this week, Shaqiri insisted he would be staying put at Bayern.
But the 23-year-old backtracked on those comments suggesting his future is very much up in the air.
Shaqiri said: "I accepted staying, but in the winter we need to sit again and look at the situation."
Victor Valdes
The Spain star is available on a free transfer having been released from Barca at the end of last season.
Valdes suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury in March and was told by Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers to prove his fitness.
The 32-year-old is now close to returning to full fitness and has entered negotiations over a move to Merseyside.
