The Special One is being the saucy one. Chelsea Manager Jose Mourinho referred to Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger as a “specialist in failure.” And the Blues leader won’t apologize for it. “It was a consequence of something,” Mourinho said of his insult.
“It was not a deliberate first option to say something. I didn’t get an apology. I don’t apologize.”
“You don’t need to apologize,” added Jose Mourinho, who last season did say sorry for calling Wenger a “voyeur.”
“To go over it, to forget it and to move forward without thinking about what happened.”
“We don’t need that, finish, move and let’s go for another match with big responsibility for both of us.”
In other words, Jose Mourinho just thinks we should all gloss over this and move on to taking about other things.
“We have the responsibility not to win, to give a good football match and for (the) millions of fans that both clubs have. No problems.”
Just another storyline for the huge game this weekend. Here’s Chelsea vs. Arsenal TV info and game mini-preview. They’re the only two teams from the Premier League that rank in the ESPN FC power rankings. (see where here)
