Man United midfielder Ander Herrera is hoping to return to action within three weeks, according to The Guardian.
Herrera, 25, was originally set for a month out with a fractured rib. But the player has reportedly told friends that his injury is not overly painful and he hopes to be back within less than three weeks – in time for the Red Devils’ away game with West Brom.
The Spanish midfielder joined Man United from Athletic Bilbao for a fee of around £29 million. Herrera has started the season very well for Man United. The midfielder has already scored two goals in four games, while he has also assisted one goal too.
Furthermore, Man United fans are desperate for their new midfielder return, due to the energy and creativity he brings to the side. Herrera has already suffered another injury this season, earlier on in the campaign he missed two Premier League games with an ankle injury.
Man United’s next Premier League game sees them host Everton at Old Trafford.
