Luis Suarez has been cleared to make his Barcelona debut in the Clasico on October 25.
The Uruguay international striker will complete his four-month ban for biting Giorgio Chiellini 18 hours before October 25's Clasico encounter at the Santiago Bernabeu
The Blaugrana will travel to the Santiago Bernabeu to face rivals Real Madrid, with the eagerly awaited game scheduled to kick off at 17.00BST.
The Uruguay international was hit with a four-month ban from all football-related activity by Fifa for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini during their nations' World Cup clash in Natal on June 24.
The then-Liverpool striker's initial appeal was rejected by Fifa but he was ultimately cleared to train with his new club by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which upheld the four-month suspension but ruled that that it would run from the day of the offence, thus clearing the player to return to action on October 25.
As it stands, Suarez is now in line to make his Barca bow against Carlo Ancelotti's side 18 hours after the conclusion of his suspension, with the club confirming the news on their official website.
Suarez, who left Anfield for Camp Nou in a £70 million deal, has only made one previous appearance for his new club, against Club Leon in a pre-season friendly.
