PM at UN General Assembly in New York

Prime Minister Joseph Muscat has arrived in New York where he will take part in the United Nations General Assembly and the Climate Change Summit with the assembly expected to focus on the situation in Ukraine, Syria, Iraq and Libya and the spread of Ebola.
More than 140 government leaders, including President Barack Obama, are gathering in New York this week for the annual United Nations General Assembly.
The fight against the so-called Islamic State militant group is expected to take center stage, and Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said he hopes the session will produce a consensus to act against the group.
The Prime Minister is expected to hold a range of bilateral meetings.
He will also chair a conference on Commonwealth reform, ahead of next year's Commonwealth summit in Malta.
Whilst in America he is due to meet the Maltese communities in New York and in San Francisco.
Foreign Minister George Vella has also travelled to the UN Assembly with the prime minister.
