The Reds boss would be perfect for the role because of the brand of football he gets his teams playing, according to former Bolton man and one-time England capped Kevin Davies.
"He probably wouldn't leave Liverpool at the moment but might do when Roy's contract is up, at the end of Euro 2016," Davies said.
